Product Range, Application and Sizes

The three main components of a Hebel building are the Masonry blocks, Veneer panels and the Structural panels. For residential housing, masonry blocks and veneer panels are generally used. The blocks form load bearing walls while the veneer panels are used as a cladding on framed walls or floors. The larger structural panels are predominantly used for commercial / industrial applications or for load bearing floors. A range of other components are available to provide a complete building system.


Masonry blocks called Thermoblock and Sonoblock.
AAC blocks are generally used for load bearing exterior and interior walls. Hebel blocks can create walls from 75mm to 350mm thick. They create a solid stone feel with all the advantages of building in Hebel.
Thermoblock is the standard block and as the name suggests has tremendous insulating properties.
Sonoblock is slightly more dense and it is used where superior acoustic performance is required.

Veneer Panels called Powerpanel and Powerfloor.
This is a non-load bearing cladding system designed to be attached to conventional timber or steel frame construction. The panels are 75mm thick, steel reinforced and come in a range of sizes. This is a strong long-life cladding and very quick to install. Used horizontally over floor joists as floor sheeting it greatly reduces foot noise in multiple storey buildings, in this application it is called Powerfloor. The use of these panels is very diverse ranging in applications from fences, acoustic barriers to fire places.

Structural Panels otherwise called Hebel Wall Panels and Hebel Floor Panels.
These are thicker than veneer panels. They are reinforced and can be load bearing and self supporting, removing the need for framing. They are designed for floors, walls, ceilings and roof applications in commercial, industrial, and domestic construction and suitable for fire rated and acoustic applications. Once again these panels provide superior thermal insulation and fire rating characteristics compared with more traditional construction materials.

Hebel Stair Treads
Stair treads are available to complement the Hebel Block and Structural floor panels. They offer fast installation, quiet stairs to complement your Hebel floor and they are an ideal substrate for carpet or tiles.

Precast Hebel Lintels
Available to span openings, doorways, windows etc up to 2.4m wide

Sculpture Blocks
Let your artistic flare loose on Hebel block. Easily shaped using normal hand tools to create artistic footings, stands, cornices etc.
