Welcome to our HEBEL show home. Here you can view the
progression of our show home from computer concept through to
planning and construction. The house is to be situated at 12
Loloma Way, Wharewaka Point, Taupo. Feel free to drop by and have
a look. A visit to our HEBEL home will settle the difference
between HEBEL and other building mediums with the ambiance and
calming hush immediately noticeable upon stepping inside. A slap
on the walls will leave you feeling secure in knowing there is a
lot more than just polystyrene and jib between you and the outside
world.
The house has a floor area of 210sq meters. The master
bedroom with its very own ensuite occupies the top floor with all
other rooms situated on the ground floor. The large open plan
living area encompasses the lounge, dinning room and kitchen and
opens out onto a sheltered north facing patio. Quality fitments
will be used throughout as well as all the mod-cons.

Our specialist HEBEL installer J.McDermott
Builders Ltd (Visit: www.jmcdermottbuilders.co.nz
) will commence construction March, 2007. HEBEL will be used throughout
starting with HEBEL Block on the ground floor, HEBEL Panel upstairs and
HEBEL Sound Floor in between.
We will be offering our show home for sale as a home and land package.

Construction is well underway at last, here we are laying the foundations. We have incorporated gas fired under floor heating encapsulated in the concrete.

HEBEL Block walls go up, it doesn't take long, the large block size makes for rapid construction.

Here we are puting together the timber jigsaw framing for the roof and upstairs walls, HEBEL Soundfloor is used on the upstairs floor.
